A love story with Dénia, since 1961
It all began in 1959, when Janet, one of the first tourists to discover Dénia, fell in love not only with the place… but also with Miguel Ferrer, a young local visionary. That spark marked the start of something bigger: a family project that, more than half a century later, continues to build homes by the sea.
With the perspective of an “outsider,” Janet quickly appreciated the unique quality of life that could be felt here. Since then, the Ferrer family has lived and worked with a profound respect for this unique environment.

For more than 60 years, at Villas Ferrer we have treated every project as if it were our own home. We design and renovate our villas with artisanal care, integrating them into the landscape of Dénia—its beaches, its light, and its relaxed rhythm.
Today, Janet and her children —Josephine and Miguel— remain committed to a model based on dedication, honesty, and close relationships. Our guests don’t just book a house; they become part of a living story.
