The Penell house is located on the first line of the port of the city of Denia and is accessed through the historic Plaza de la Creu No. 6, this house dates back to approximately the 17th century and is built between the castle walls that bordered the sea water.
The house has been restored with noble and ecological materials to provide residents with a healthy and comfortable environment, the exterior walls are painted with a new hybrid technology paint that eliminates greenhouse gases and prevents external heat, inside it has been painted with the only ecological paint that eliminates CO2 and other gases.
The property is divided into two floors, each 33m2.
On the ground floor, open plan, there is a living-dining room and kitchen with two large windows, one facing Carrer Quico el Vi and the other facing the port.
The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave with grill, electric oven, washing machine and fridge, as well as kitchen utensils, crockery and has an ironing board and clothesline.
The living-dining room has a five-seater L-shaped sofa, television with internet and a split air conditioning unit (cold and heat) and a table with four chairs.
